Cuteboy PDF Android — Privacy

Documents stay on your device

PDF editing, conversion, merging, splitting, signatures and OCR process your selected documents on your device. The app does not upload your documents, document contents, passwords or signatures to our servers.

Optional Google sign-in

Version 1.2.0 and later offer optional Google sign-in. Google and our authentication processor, Supabase, process your Google account identifier, email address and basic profile information, such as name and profile picture when supplied, to create and maintain your Cuteboy account. They also receive ordinary connection and authentication log information. The app stores session credentials encrypted on your device and sends them over HTTPS to validate and refresh your login. PDF tools remain available without an account. This Android account does not provide cloud document storage, Google Drive access, advertising or analytics. Earlier app versions do not offer sign-in.

Account deletion

To request deletion, open Account → Delete account in the app or use our account-deletion page. Send the request from your account email so support can verify ownership. Support removes your authentication account and associated profile data after verification and confirms completion. This does not delete your Google account, local exported files, or cancel subscriptions. Separate billing and fraud-prevention records may be retained where required. Signing out removes the session from this device.

Google Play purchases

When paid plans are enabled, Google Play processes purchases of extra downloads and monthly/yearly Pro subscriptions. The app sends purchase tokens and product identifiers to our verification server, which checks their status using the Google Play Developer API. The app stores purchase access, expiry and free-download counts locally. Purchase verification requests contain no document content. Google and our host receive ordinary network request information. Google handles payment and billing information under its privacy policy; Cuteboy PDF does not receive full card details. Restore purchases with the Google account used to buy them. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play; uninstalling does not cancel renewal. Website purchases use Razorpay and are managed separately.

Internet connections

Some tools download software libraries and OCR language models from third-party providers, including jsDelivr and unpkg. These providers receive ordinary network request information such as your IP address when those downloads occur. Your document content is not included in those requests. Those providers handle their own operational logs under their privacy policies.

File access and local storage

You choose files through Android's document picker and choose where to save exported files. The app does not request broad storage access. Theme preferences, saved signatures and app cache may be stored on your device. Clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall it to remove app-held local data. Exported documents remain where you saved them until you delete them.

Sharing and external links

There is no automatic sharing of documents. Opening an external link uses your browser or another app, which has its own privacy practices.
